Issuance of Press Release

On February 2, 2024, Pixie Dust Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that a recent study conducted by the Company, the University of Electro-Communications, Nara Medical University, and Shionogi & Co., Ltd. suggested that the Company’s sound stimulation technology could synchronize gamma waves in the human brain.
