NOTE 10 – SETTLEMENT OF LITIGATION	NOTE 10 – SETTLEMENT OF LITIGATION During the six months ended June 30, 2021 the Company generated gross proceeds of $350,000 and net cash of $315,000 from a settlement of litigation.

The entire disclosure for legal proceedings, legal contingencies, litigation, regulatory and environmental matters and other contingencies.
