PREPAID EXPENSES	NOTE 8 – PREPAID EXPENSES Prepaid expenses is an annual fee paid to the OTC and being amortized over the life of the subscription. The balance at September 30, 2025 is $2,188. The balance at December 31, 2024 is $8,750.
