On August 13, 2024, Jefferies Credit Partners BDC Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), declared a distribution for its shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share (the “Shares”) in the amount of $0.3644 per Share. The distribution is payable on September 6, 2024 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 28, 2024. The distribution will be paid in cash or reinvested in Shares for any shareholder participating in the Company’s dividend reinvestment plan.
