We repurchased the following capital stock for the three ended March 31, 2019 and 2018:

In February 2019, the Board of Directors authorized an additional $150.0 million for stock repurchase under Chemed’s existing share repurchase program. We currently have $147.4million of authorization remaining under this share repurchase plan.
