We repurchased the following capital stock for the three months ended March 31, 2018 and 2017:

In March 2018, the Board of Directors authorized an additional $150.0 million for stock repurchase under Chemed’s existing share repurchase program. We currently have $124.4million of authorization remaining under this share repurchase plan.
