We repurchased the following capital stock for the three months ended March 31, 2016 and 2015:

In March 2016, the Board of Directors authorized an additional $100.0 million for stock repurchase under Chemed’s existing share repurchase program. We currently have $100.0  million of authorization remaining under this share repurchase plan.
