Includes 513 unvested restricted stock units ("RSUs") from a previous grant of 1,367 RSUs granted on March 2, 2020 under the 2018 Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan"); 1/16th of the total number of shares subject to the RSU award vests each quarter until the award is fully vested on March 2, 2024, subject to the acceleration provisions of an Executive Change in Control Severance Agreement by and between the Reporting Person and the Issuer and continued service by the Reporting Person.
