On August 30, 2024, the Board of Directors of SYLA Technologies Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) amicably accepted the resignation of Takahide Watanabe from his position as Director, effective August 31, 2024. Mr. Watanabe informed that stepping down from the significant responsibility at the Company would allow him to focus more on his responsibilities as Representative Director and Vice President at CUMICA, the Company’s capital and business partner, starting August 29, 2024.
