On January 16, 2024, SYLA Technologies Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, SYLA Co., Ltd., has sold four buildings from its condominium brand, the SYFORME series, to a private fund managed by BlackRock’s Real Estate Business. The sale marks a tangible milestone in the ongoing collaboration between the two parties as announced on December 11, 2023.
