Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Dividend Announcement On November 1, 2017, our Board of Directors approved a 21% increase in the semi-annual cash dividend to $0.085 per share of outstanding common stock, which will be paid on January 31, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 17, 2018.
