Depreciation expense related to the Company’s property and equipment, which did not include amortization expense related to capitalized internal-use software, was $4.4 million and $4.3 million for the three months ended July 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively, and $8.8 million and $8.8 million for the six months ended July 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.

Amortization expense relating to capitalized internal-use software was $2.8 million and $1.7 million for the three months ended July 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively, and $5.5 million and $3.5 million for the six months ended July 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
