Explanatory Note

 

This amendment no. 1 to the current report on Form 6-K (the “Original 6-K”), dated June 26, 2025, is filed to correct the identification of the position that Mr. Wee Thuang Lee resigned from.

 

 

 

 

Resignation of Wee Thuang Lee as CMO

 

On June 23, 2025, Wee Thuang Lee tendered to Tungray Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) his resignation as the Chief Marketing Officer of the Company, effectively immediately.

 

Mr. Lee’s resignation was due to personal reasons, and not as a result of any disagreement between Mr. Lee and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
