RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 5 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As of June 30, 2025 and 2024, the Company’s president has loaned to the Company $90,713 and $78,500, respectively. This loan is unsecured, non-interest bearing and due on demand. During the years ended June 30, 2025 and 2024, the president provided services to the Company, totaling $0 and $2,670, respectively.
