Subsequent Events	NOTE F—Subsequent Events On July 14, 2017, the State of Florida issued an Invitation to Negotiate for a new contract for its Medicaid managed care program to replace the current contract with the Company and to be effective January 1, 2019. On April 24, 2018 the Company was notified by the AHCA that the Company was not selected to negotiate a new contract to serve as a vendor for its Medicaid managed care program. The Company plans to file a protest with AHCA.
