As of May 26, 2022, Company owes a note payable of $29,000 to a third party (Smarty Pants, LLC) against the purchase of an intangible property. This note is unsecured, bear 10% simple interest per annum and fully payable by 26^th May, 2024. As of May 31, 2025, interest accrued and this note has been written off.
