I am the Chief Executive Officer of Cyber Enviro-Tech, Inc., a Wyoming Corporation.  I respectfully request that the Commission withdraw our request to accelerate the effective date of our company’s Registration Statement on Form S-1 thereto to November 20, 2023, at 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, or soon thereafter as practicable.  

 

The company hereby acknowledges that:

not foreclose the Commission from taking any action with respect to the filing.
