The Company has 75,000,000, $0.0001 par value shares of common stock authorized.

On February 22, 2022 the Company issued 3,000,000 shares of common stock to a director for services rendered estimated to be $300 at $0.0001 per share.

There were 3,000,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of July 31, 2022.
