SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 18 — SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events through the date that the unaudited consolidated financial statements are issued, and concluded that no subsequent events have occurred that would require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements other than as disclosed below. On November 12, 2024, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire 100% equity interests of Aesthetic Healthcare Holdings, a company incorporated in Singapore and principally engaged in medical aesthetics business, with a cash consideration of approximately SGD$7.8 million (equivalent to approximately US$6.0 million). As of the date of this report, the transaction has not yet been completed.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
