SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 8. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date up to the date that the financial statement was issued. Based upon this review, other than as previously disclosed and described below, the Company did not identify any subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the financial statements. On February 14, 2023, the Company consummated the Initial Public Offering (see Note 3.) On February 15, 2023, the outstanding balance under the Promissory Note of $300,000 was repaid.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
