Subsequent Events	NOTE 12. Subsequent Events On December 20, 2024, the Company received an investment of $8.4 million in exchange for a combination of common and preferred shares. Between December 1, 2024, and the date of this filing, 2.49 million of the Company’s outstanding warrants were exercised with proceeds to the Company of $2,708.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
