During the three months ended March 31, 2025, the Company issued 1,456,909 Common Shares to investors who have not opted out of our dividend reinvestment plan for proceeds of $41.9 million. During the three months ended March 31, 2024, the Company issued 795,040 Common Shares to investors who have not opted out of our dividend reinvestment plan for proceeds of $22.1 million.

There were no common shares issued and proceeds received related to the Company's capital drawdowns delivered pursuant to the Subscription Agreements for the three months ended March 31, 2025.
