A description of the securities of Bruush Oral Care Inc. (the “registrant”) to be registered hereunder is set forth under the captions “Dividend Policy”, “Description of Securities” and “Certain Material Tax Considerations” in the prospectus included as part of the registrant’s Registration Statement on Form F-1 (File No. 333-265969) (the “Registration Statement”), initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on July 1, 2022, as amended from time to time thereafter (the “Registration Statement”) and is hereby incorporated by reference in answer to this item.
