The Company does not have significant influence over, and the Company does not have the right to vote or participate in the management of PVLLC and therefore the investment is measured at its fair value. Refer to Note 23 - Financial Instruments for more information relating to the fair value of this equity investment for the years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, as well as loss on investment recorded.
