NOTE 11. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

On October 23, 2023, CrossingBridge Advisors launched an UCITS fund, the CrossingBridge Low Duration High Income Fund (the “CB UCITS Fund”), as a global expansion of CrossingBridge’s product offering. The CB UCITS Fund was launched as a sub-Fund within the Universal Investment Ireland UCITS Platform ICAV, in order to leverage their operational and administrative infrastructure. The CB UCITS Fund was designed to be managed substantially similar to the CrossingBridge Low Duration High Yield Fund, however, there will be differences between the two funds as a result of specific UCITS regulations.

Management has evaluated all subsequent events from September 30, 2023, through November 13, 2023, the date the condensed consolidated financial statements were issued. Management concluded that no additional subsequent events have occurred that would require recognition or disclosure in the condensed consolidated financial statements.
