SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	20. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has assessed all events from December 31, 2021 through May 2, 2022, which is the date that these consolidated financial statements are available to be issued, unless as disclosed below, there are not any material subsequent events that require disclosure in these consolidated financial statements other than events detailed below. On April 22, 2022, the Company issued 3,020,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the initial public offering.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
