Headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Enerflex Ltd. (“Enerflex”), its subsidiaries, interests in associates, and joint ventures, operate in over 90 locations globally. In October 2022, Enerflex acquired Exterran Corporation, creating a premier integrated global provider of energy infrastructure and energy transition solutions. With enhanced scale and capabilities, Enerflex is optimally positioned to serve customers in key natural gas, energy transition, and produced water markets. As part of our business, we manufacture products for which gold, tantalum, tin and/or tungsten (collectively, “3TG materials”) are necessary to the functionality or production of our products. We are required to comply with Rule 13p-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, as implemented through SEC Specialized Disclosure Report on Form SD (“Rule 13p-1”).
