Pursuant to the Bitcoin Depot Inc. 2023 Omnibus Incentive Plan, the reporting person was granted restricted stock units ("RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Class A common stock"), of Bitcoin Depot Inc.
