Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events The Company’s management evaluated subsequent events through the date of issuance of these financial statements. Other than as disclosed below, there have been no subsequent events that occurred that would require disclosure in, or would be required to be recognized in, these financial statements, except as discussed below. On October 23, 2023, the SEC issued an exemptive order permitting the Company to issue multiple classes of Common Shares. On October 27, 2023, the Company declared a distribution of $0.20 per Class I share, all of which is payable on November 30, 2023 to shareholders of record as of October 31, 2023.
