BASIS OF PRESENTATION [Text Block]	*2. BASIS OF PRESENTATION* The accompanying consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America (“US GAAP”). This basis of accounting differs from that used in the statutory accounts of the Subsidiary, which were prepared in accordance with the accounting principles and relevant financial regulations applicable to enterprises with foreign investment in the PRC (“PRC GAAP”). Necessary adjustments were made to the Subsidiary’s statutory accounts to conform to US GAAP were included in these consolidated financial statements.
