SUBSEQUENT EVENTS [Text Block]	*19. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS* Management has considered all events occurring through April 15, 2014, the date which the financial statements were available to be issued. All subsequent events requiring recognition as of December 31, 2013 have been incorporated into the accompanying consolidated and combined financial statements, and those requiring disclosure have been fully disclosed in accordance with FASB ASC Topic 855.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
