On May 20, 2024 Alvotech issued a press release (“Press Release”) announcing that Alvotech’s and its commercialization partner Teva Pharmaceuticals, a U.S. affiliate of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. is making available SIMLANDI (adalimumab-ryvk) in the U.S. A copy of the Press Release is furnished herewith as exhibit 99.1.
