Press Release

On September 5, 2023, Alvotech issued a press release (“Press Release”) announcing that Faysal Kalmoua has been appointed as Alvotech’s Chief Operating Officer, and Hafrun Fridriksdottir is stepping down following resubmission of the Biologics License Application (BLA) for AVT02, Alvotech’s proposed high-concentration interchangeable biosimilar to Humira® (adalimumab). A copy of the Press Release is furnished herewith as exhibit 99.1.
