Related party loan

During the year ended September 30, 2025, Mr. Anton Mikhalev advanced the Company $10,701.

As of September 30, 2025 and 2024, the outstanding balance payable to related party were $44,530 and $33,829 respectively.  The advances are unsecured, non-interest bearing, and due on demand.

Free Office Space

The Company has been provided office space by its President at no cost. Management determined that such cost is nominal and did not recognize the rent expense in its financial statement.
