As of September 30, 2024 and September 30, 2023 property and equipment were comprised of the following:

Depreciation expenses for the year ended September 30, 2024 were $241 and for the year ended September 30, 2023 were $480.  There were no equipment additions or disposals during the reporting period.  Cost of computer equipment was fully amortized as of September 30, 2024.
