During the nine months ended June 30, 2024, Mr. Anton Mikhalev, the President and a director of the Company, had advanced the Company $11,038 for working capital, received $0 from the Company as repayments. The outstanding balance payable to Anton Mikhalev was $11,038 and $0 as of June 30, 2024 and September 30, 2023, respectively. 

The outstanding balance payable to Nikita Fenev was $17,791 as of June 30, 2024 and September 30, 2023, respectively.

The loans above are unsecured, non-interest bearing, and due on demand.
