As of June 30, 2023 and September 30, 2022 property and equipment were comprised of the following:

Depreciation expenses for the nine months ended June 30, 2023 were $360 and for the nine months ended June 30, 2022 were $120.  There were no equipment additions or disposals during the reporting period.
