Related party loan

During the six months ended March 31, 2023, Ms. Tatiana Feneva, the President and a director of the Company, had advanced the Company $192 for working capital, received $0 from the Company as repayments.  

As of March 31, 2023 and September 30, 2022, the outstanding balance payable to related party were $17,035 and $16,843, respectively. The loan is unsecured, non-interest bearing, and due on demand.
