During the year ended September 30, 2022, Ms. Tatiana Feneva, the President and a director of the Company, had advanced the Company $4,811 for working capital, received $0 from the Company as repayments. 

During the period from May 3, 2021 (inception) to September 30, 2021, Ms. Tatiana Feneva had advanced the Company $12,032 for working capital, received $0 from the Company as repayments. 

As of September 30, 2022 and September 30, 2021, the outstanding balance payable to related party were $16,843 and $12,032 respectively.  The loan is unsecured, non-interest bearing, and due on demand.
