Related party loan

During the six months ended March 31, 2022, Ms. Tatiana Feneva, the President and a director of the Company, had advanced the Company $4,132 for working capital, received $0 from the Company as repayments. The loan is unsecured, non-interest bearing, and due on demand.

As of March 31, 2022 and September 30, 2021, the outstanding balance payable to Ms. Tatiana Feneva were $16,164 and $12,032, respectively.
