SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	20. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On April 3, 2023, the Company issued 79,099 shares of common stock for an exercise of a warrant. On April 11, 2023, the Company issued 100,000 shares of common stock for an exercise of a warrant. On April 14, 2023, the Company issued 95,112 shares of common stock for broker dealers to investors for partial share ownership due to the Company’s reverse stock split. From April 18, 2023 through May 3, 2023, the Company issued 399,941 shares of common stock for warrant exercises.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
