On December 18, 2023, Maison Solutions Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter and first six months of fiscal 2024 ended October 31, 2023. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
