Related Party Transactions	12. Related Party Transactions The Amgen Collaboration Agreement expired in September 2024. As of December 31, 2023, the Company was obligated to pay Amgen $3.1 million which was recorded within current liabilities and $6.3 million related to amounts prepayable to Amgen were recorded as prepaid expenses and other current assets on the condensed consolidated balance. During the nine months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, the Company recorded $12.5 million and $24.4 million respectively, of research and development expenses with Amgen.
