Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 21, 2023, Alpine Summit Energy Partners, Inc. (the "Company") announced that that its Board of Directors unanimously voted to conclude its previously announced asset sale process, which was being conducted by Stephens Inc.

A copy of the news release announcing the termination of the sales process is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
