NOTE 4 - RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

As of October 31 and July 31, 2021, a related party has paid various expenses on behalf of the Company. The related party does not expect to be reimbursed for those expenses.

As the Company’s office space needs are limited at the current time, the officer and director is currently providing space to the Company at no cost.
