Note Payable – Related Party

The Company entered into a note payable with a related party in August 2021 with balances as of March 31, 2023 (unaudited) and December 31, 2022, as follows:

Interest expense for the three months ended March 31, 2023 and 2022 was $4,928 and $4,928, respectively. The entire note payable – related party balance is reflected in noncurrent liabilities.
