Termination of Offering

 

On January 3, 2024, Here Investments Inc. (the “Managing Member”) determined to shut down the Here fractional investment platform. The Managing Member will list each Series property for sale, and once sold, we will be returning the net proceeds to the applicable investors in each of our Series. A copy of the email being sent to investors on January 3, 2024 is attached as exhibit 99 hereto.
