As previously disclosed in the Report on Form 6-K furnished by Prenetics Global Limited (the “Company”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on June 18, 2025, the Company recently announced the adoption of a Bitcoin treasury strategy.
