On September 21, 2023, AB Commercial Real Estate Private Debt Fund, LLC (the "Fund") delivered a capital call notice to investors that have committed to purchase the Fund's limited liability company units (the "Units"). Pursuant to such capital call notice, Ms. Brogan is obligated to make a capital contribution of $8,375.00 on or around October 2, 2023 to the Fund, and the Fund is obligated to issue Units to Ms. Brogan, provided such capital contribution is funded timely. As of the date of this filing, the number of Units that will be issued to Ms. Brogan in respect of this $8,375.00 capital contribution is unknown.
