Revenues

The Company recorded $72 million and $338 million for the three months ended March 31, 2023 and 2024, respectively, in revenues from Amazon.com, Inc. and its affiliates (“Amazon”), within “Revenues” in the Condensed Consolidated Statements

of Operations, primarily related to the sale of EDVs. As of December 31, 2023 and March 31, 2024, the uncollected amounts related to these revenues in “Accounts receivable, net” on the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets were $6 million and $120 million, respectively. As of December 31, 2023 and March 31, 2024, contract liabilities related to these revenues, primarily related to extended service contracts, were $72 million and $93 million, respectively. Refer to Note 2 "Summary of Significant Accounting Policies" for more information about revenues.

Operating Expenses

The Company obtains data services, including hosting, storage, and compute from Amazon. During the three months ended March 31, 2023 and 2024, expenses related to these services were $17 million and $20 million, respectively. As of December 31, 2023 and March 31, 2024, the unpaid amounts related to these services were not material.
